In theory you might be able to get the test done on SBH, then fly to SXM the next day (with EHAS approvals) and to the US the day after (with US approvals,) but the flow needs to be perfect. We got off of our Delta flight and were on the AAS plane within 15 minutes at the most. The agents took care of our luggage and just ushered us right to the flight. The way home was way, way worse.
