Obviously being in a class of 400 people will mean you have to go out of your way if you really want to stand out/need help. You can fall down the cracks at any school though. Temple's clinical requirements are much likely more stringent than NYU.
I was also deciding between Temple and NYU and at the end of the day Temple is the obvious choice. excellent school clinically and academically. The location of the school isn’t great but I would take the subway there and back during normal hours and always felt fine - many students ride the subway at the same time.
