Betting that by the time I got done, I figure I did close to 5-1/2 to 6 full tightening turns of the Passenger Torsion Bar Key Adjustment Screw. Both now appear to match quite closely as to how many threads now show. Again, after I completed this adjustment, the truck seemed to ride, and handle much better.

Cost of regular gas was $4.15 and E85 was $3.49. So for me the cost/mile of regular gas was $0.24/mile and E85 was $0.28/mile. Not worth it. This was my first new vehicle and I really only considered new because used prices were so high and basically the same as new (I got mine at MSRP).
