2019 nissan altima volume knob not working.
Steering wheel and volume knob did not work. Restarting the console did nothing. It was displaying Bluetooth and radio, so it was working, just not producing any sound and unable to control volume. I went into the cars self-diagnostic menu and found that it was not even registering any speakers to be connected.
You can start the car by pressing the start button with the keyfob itself. (or by inserting it into the keyfob emergency start receptacle on some models) Solution: Remove the backup door key from the keyfob. Enter the car and leave the keyfob inside. Press the start button twice (to cycle from OFF to ACC to ON).Once thats done you have to remove the radio with the 4 screws and unhook the connectors to the back of it, and then you will have access the climate control unit.
