I definitely wouldn’t use multiple mod managers at once since there isn’t a way to really tell BG 3 which one to use for different things. Whichever is open is the one it’ll use and the mod settings of one will overwrite the other when you apply the mods to your save. I’ve since switched to BG3 Mod Manager.
