Throw the gears into the Isotropic superfinish machine for a flash cut, probably gain 1/2-1 HP plus less heat/friction. Being that I’m a bigger guy (6’3”, 215) and race motocross in the B class, I have always thought that despite raising the oil level and purchasing the correct springs, my forks still feel like they blow through the stroke and spend way too much time in the harsher bottom half of the stroke.The KTM is razor sharp, has a very linear engine character, light and feels slim. The YZF feels a bit more planted, has predictable turning, has way more torque and can be a bit of a handful if you're too aggressive with it.
