Jul 12, 2022 · Accepted Solution. After many calls and repeating the same information to multiple people, we eventually were told to go to the xfinity store and get a new cablecard. After installing and calling up to get it paired and restarting the TiVo it now works again. The process was not painless but at least things are working again for the time being. We have had random V58 problems in the past but those usually resolve with a reboot. This morning we woke up to no channels at all working with trying to fix it we are seeing v58 and now V52 errors.
