Review of Carolina Beach Boardwalk. Reviewed June 15, 2016. Not sure what I should have expected. I guess I am used to other boardwalks and so I thought this would be bigger. The actual wooded walk is lovely, complete with swing benches overlooking the beach. The "fun fair" area and shops/restaurants were a bit trashy.
